While based in Ohio, we also perform our services throughout North America. Through the use of the internet, electronic conferencing, and proactive scheduling, travel expenses are generally low for commissioning services. While much of the work can be performed in-house and on paper, site observations and testing can be condensed into a contiguous span for the most cost effective method. Start-to-finish field observations and functional testing also become a great motivation for contractors to ensure the work is complete and ready before we arrive. We have a long project history in educational facilities in some very fast paced markets on the east coast. These weather climates demand the most from HVAC systems as they transition from humid 100 degree summers to below zero degree winters. |
